Aviation Partners Boeing Says CO2 Emissions Cut By 64 Million Tons
Aviation Partners, Inc. (API) in conjunction with Aviation Partners Boeing (APB), API's joint venture with The Boeing Company, announced that as of 7:45 pm PDT Tuesday its unique Blended Winglet Technology has saved the world's commercial and business jet operators an estimated six billion gallons of jet fuel; representing a global reduction in CO2 emissions of over 64 million tons.
Will Work With Airline Seat Manufacturer On New Design

PRODUCT: All Airbus Model A300 B4-600, B4-600R, and F4-600R series airplanes, Model A300 C4-605R Variant F airplanes (collectively called Model A300-600 series airplanes), and Model A310 series airplanes.
PRODUCT: Certain Rolls-Royce plc (RR) RB211-22B and RB211-524 turbofan engines with low-pressure turbine (LPT) support roller bearing, part number (P/N) LK30313 or P/N UL29651, installed.
Deal Includes Options For An Additional 33 Airplanes
Embraer and Horizon Air have signed a firm order for 30 E175 jets. The contract also includes options for another 33 aircraft of the same model. The value of the contract, which will be included in Embraer’s 2016 second-quarter backlog, is $2.8 billion, based on current list prices, if all the options are exercised.
