Jetstar Japan has taken delivery of its first aircraft, an Airbus A320. The new low cost carrier will begin service based at Narita in July and connect to Kansai, Fukuoka, Sapporo and Okinawa. The airline plans to expand the fleet from three aircraft initially to 24 within three years.
