The Airbus Foundation has used the delivery of Vietnam Airlines’ fourth A350 XWB to transport a selection of toys, games and books from Toulouse to the Hanoi Heart Hospital in Vietnam.
Part Of Strategic Objective To Double Asian Traffic By 2020
Finnair’s strategic objective is to double its Asian traffic by 2020 from the level of 2010. To enable its growth, Finnair has ordered 19 new Airbus A350 XWB aircraft, which also increase Finnair’s cargo capacity considerably. With a view to the growth of its cargo traffic, Finnair is constructing a new state-of-the-art cargo terminal to be completed in 2017.

An aviation law firm in October published a white paper focused what it says is a history of rudder problems with Airbus Airplanes, perhaps particularly relevant because Indonesian aviation officials just published their final report concerning the loss of Air Asia Flight QZ8501, an Airbus A320 which went down in the Java Sea in December of last year.
