Here’s a good news story that leads to a perplexing question. The good news is that the U.S. House of Representatives has unanimously passed a bill that would allow World War Two  Women Airforce Service Pilots, known to all of us as the ‘WASPs’, be interned in the Arlington National Cemetery. The perplexing part of the story is that the Pentagon could have allowed this to occur through an administrative action.
