The NBAA Opening General Session featured two well-known names from Washington. Representative Bill Shuster, who chairs the House Transportation Committee, and Acting NTSB Chair Christopher Hart were the keynote speakers for the opening general session Tuesday morning. Culminates Four Years Of Development Work On Commercial Space Systems

Boeing has successfully completed the final milestone of its Commercial Crew Integrated Capability (CCiCap) Space Act Agreement with NASA. The work and testing completed under the agreement resulted in significant maturation of Boeing's crew transportation system, including the CST-100 spacecraft and Atlas V rocket.

Boeing-Built X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle Successfully Completes 3rd Flight

Concludes 647-Day Experimental Mission For The USAF

The Boeing-built X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV) successfully de-orbited and landed late last week at Vandenberg Air Force Base concluding a 674-day experimental test mission for the U.S. Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office. The X-37B was launched from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., on Dec. 11, 2012.
