As hard as they tried, the weather would not cooperate with the
Ares I-X launch team. They have called a scrub for today and will
make a determination regarding an attempt for tomorrow.
Governor Bob Riley (R-AL), Governor Haley Barbour (R-MS), and
Governor Bobby Jindal (R- LA) announced the launch of The Aerospace
Alliance Monday. The governors hope they can establish
the Gulf Coast and surrounding region as a world class aerospace,
space and aviation corridor.
