PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR BLASTING. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF TIM ROSS, STATE OF ALASKA CONTRACTOR, ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 654900N/1493000W OR THE FAIRBANKS /FAI/ VORTAC 301 DEGREE RADIAL AT 72 NAUTICAL MILES TIM ROSS, STATE OF ALASKA CONTRACTOR, TELEPHONE 206-388-4790, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. FAIRBANKS /FAI/ AFSS, 907-474-0388, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
