Local, state and federal laws, regulations and policies applicable to the structure, functions, programs and practices affecting FBO operations, services and activities.
Aviation property, facilities and equipment.
Budget development and management.
Effective supervisory techniques and practices.
Effective customer service techniques.
Ability to:
Select, supervise, train and evaluate staff.
Make decisions, maintain composure, and work effectively under stressful conditions and emergency situations.
Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures
Analyze problems, identify consequences and alternatives, and develop sound solutions.
Prepare and administer complex budgetary and financial reports.
Prioritize and meet multiple, frequently changing deadlines
Interpret, apply and communicate policies, laws and regulations.

Respond to public inquiries and complaints in a tactful and courteous manner.
Establish and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, local, state and federal officials, customers and general public.
Provide effective customer service.
The posting states that the FBO manager "is a three-year term-limited position" with a salary range of $108,996.00 - $134,568.00 annually.
Still, if you apply for and get the job, you might think twice before moving your family and taking out a 30-year mortgage on a home.
