Executive AirShare Announces Phenom 100 Fractional Prices

Prices Start At $299,500 For 1/16th Stake In Entry-Level Jet

Executive AirShare, the only established fractional aircraft ownership company in North America to offer Phenom 100 and 300 aircraft, announced Wednesday its fractional pricing structure for the Phenom 100 entry-level jet that the company will enter into service beginning in the second quarter of 2009.

Shares in the Phenom 100 range from $299,500 for a 1/16th share to $1.18 million for a quarter share. Customers who place non-refundable deposits before December 31, 2008 may be eligible for 50 percent bonus depreciation under the terms of the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008.

Quarter-share owners are entitled to use of the aircraft for a total of 80 days and 200 flight-hours per year. One-sixteenth owners are entitled to use of the aircraft for 20 days and 50 flight-hours per year.

Executive AirShare holds firm orders for 44 Embraer Phenom 100 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to begin in March 2009, with options on 12 additional Phenom 100 aircraft. The company also holds six firm orders and four options for Phenom 300 light jet aircraft.

"The Phenom 100 aircraft offers a taller, wider cabin and faster cruising speeds than the King Air C90Bs that we are currently flying, and has similar range and operating costs," said Executive AirShare President & CEO Keith D. Plumb. "When considering trip costs, cabin comfort, and the reliability and maintainability offered by the Embraer Phenom 100, we are proud to offer a service and an aircraft that is not available through any other existing fractional program."

"We are excited about being one of the first fleet operators of the Embraer Phenom aircraft," added Executive AirShare Chairman and COO Robert D. Taylor. "We are confident in Embraer’s ability, as demonstrated in the regional airline market, to deliver an aircraft that is unsurpassed in safety, comfort, and dispatch reliability. The Executive AirShare Phenom shareowner will be the beneficiary of the knowledge base and expertise gained by Embraer in the process of building and delivering over 1,000 commercial jets to airlines operating in all parts of the world. We look forward to a long-lasting partnership with Embraer in the executive jet arena."

Executive AirShare has received approval to fly the Phenom 100 under single-pilot operations for fractional flights if the shareowner chooses, enabling owners to place an extra passenger in the co-pilot’s seat and reducing overnight crew expenditures by 50 percent.

The Phenom 100 has a range with four occupants of 1,160 nautical miles with NBAA IFR reserves, and is capable of flying at 41,000 feet with a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.70. It features Garmin's all-glass, fully-integrated avionics suite, which includes three interchangeable 12-inch displays-two Primary Flight Displays (PFD) and one Multi-Function Display (MFD).

Certification for the Phenom 100 is believed to be imminent.
