Products, Services, And Self-Account Management Are Focus of Redesign
Jeppesen announced Tuesday it now provides business aviation operators with an online destination to manage critical information, from install management to Jeppesen flight planning and other product access through www.MyJeppesen.com/business. The new MyJeppesen.com gateway for business aviation provides a single sign-on, one-stop experience that is customized to an operator’s preference and optimized for both desktop and mobile device access.
The MyJeppesen.com gateway serves as the launch point for the new Jeppesen FlitePlan Online flight planning solution for business aviation operators and allows users to view and manage JeppView subscription installations for each device and generate usage reports. Operators are also able to access premium technical support, receive chart change notices and view chart cycle calendar information through the site’s multiple-application panel display.
“The new MyJeppesen.com portal for business aviation operators provides a consolidated location for self-guided management of essential Jeppesen subscription services using a single sign-on for accessing multiple functions,” said Tim Huegel, director of Jeppesen Aviation Portfolio Management.“The MyJeppesen.com interface also is interactive, allowing for a customized display per operator preference based on workflow and user experience.”
Business aviation operators are also now able to pay their Jeppesen subscription renewal invoices and edit company profile information directly through the Jeppesen web site. In addition to generating flight plans through the integrated FlitePlan Online service, operators are also able to access critical flight information through the new gateway.
