GoPro Announces Karma Recall And Refund Program 
GoPro Inc. announced the recall of the approximately 2500 Karma drones purchased by consumers since October 23. The recall was announced after GoPro discovered that in a very small number of cases, Karma units lost power during operation. No related injuries or property damage have been reported.

First Successful Airborne Detect And Avoid Test On A Small Drone Completed

NTSB Faults Mechanic, Pilot In 2015 Fatal Accident 
Crossed aileron cables in a Piper Malibu Mirage that had just been through a maintenance procedure have been cited as the probable cause of an accident May 7, 2015 in Spokane, WA. Two people were fatally injured in the accident.
