Miracle Flights For Kids Rallies Voters

Final Push To Win $10,000 Grant For The Organization

Miracle Flights for Kids, a medical flight organization, is calling all supporters to cast their final ballots in the 2015 Lightspeed Aviation Foundation Pilots Choice Awards Grant program.

The Lightspeed Aviation Foundation was established by Lightspeed Aviation Corporation to serve the aviation community. In this annual contest, aviation-related charities are chosen to compete in an online poll to receive grants in support of their cause.

Voting began Thursday, April 23 and will soon end on Thursday, Oct. 15.

For nearly 30 years, Miracle Flights for Kids has been flying sick children to out-of-state medical care, no matter the distance or frequency. "We're counting on our community to rally together and make one final push," said Founder and National President Ann McGee. "Every vote counts toward the healthier future of a child."

Miracle Flights for Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free medical air transportation via commercial airlines throughout the United States. Now in its 30th year of operation, Miracle Flights has coordinated more than 92,000 flights and counting.
