Redbird Supported Flight School Organization Exhibits At AirVenture

ImagineFlight May Represent The Future Of Flight Training

Redbird Flight Simulations is proud to share its vision for the future of flight training at its AirVenture exhibit space. A key component of that vision being a network of forward thinking and technology driven flight schools called ImagineFlight.

ImagineFlight is a professional flight training organization devoted to the development and promotion of quality flight training experiences. The new initiative supported by Redbird was first proposed at the Migration flight training conference last October. After support and significant interest from attendees regarding a network of Redbird affiliated flight schools, the company began working to develop the mission and goals for the group. Redbird staff will be on hand at AirVenture to talk with flight schools about ImagineFlight and about the benefits of affiliation, including cooperative marketing, lead generation, and business support tools.

One of the tools currently under development is the ImagineFlight curriculum. The curriculum will consist of a simulator integrated syllabus, instructor guide, and pilot study guide. It is based off of Redbird’s Migration Method, in use at the Skyport laboratory since 2011, with principles focused on proficiency and scenario based training and predictable expectations and results for student pilots.   At AirVenture, interested flight schools can sign up to be a part of the organization and/or sign up to receive monthly newsletter updates. Redbird and ImagineFlight representatives will also be talking to pilots and prospective pilots about the benefits of training with ImagineFlight affiliated flight schools. Attendees can also check out the “Find a Redbird” locator to make contact with a flight school near them.

“We are excited to bring ImagineFlight into the spotlight at AirVenture,” said Brittney Miculka, ImagineFlight program director. “Redbird understands how to move the flight training industry forward in an innovative and positive way. It is important that we support and work with flight schools to create a successful training environment and a strong future for aviation. We look forward to sharing ideas and hearing from the aviation community about how we can support them as we build and grow ImagineFlight.”
