LAW ENFORCEMENT, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, MEDEVAC AND REGULARLY SCHEDULED COMMERICAL PASS- ENGER AND CARGO AIRCRAFT THAT MEET OR EXCEED THE TSAS DOMESTIC SECURITY INSPECTION PROGRAM STANDARDS AND/ARE ARRIVING INTO AND/ARE DEPARTING FROM 14 CFR PART 139 AIR- PORTS ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS TFR. FLIGHT RESTIRCTION LAS VEGAS, NV. BEGINNING AT 360711N/ 1144501W OR THE LAS 068 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20NM TO 360746N/ 1143852W THEN SOUTH ALONG A 25NM ARC OF THE LAS VEGAS VORTAC TO 355419N/1144137 THEN NORTHWEST ALONG THE LAS 100 DEGREE RADIAL TO 355618N/1144712W THEN COUNTERCLOCKWISE ALONG A 20NM ARC TO POINT OF BEGINNING. AIRCRAFT BELOW FL 180 SHALL BE SQUAWKING AN ATC ASSIGNED DISCRETE BEACON CODE PRIOR TO DE- PARTURE AND AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE TFR. ALL AIRCRAFT ENTER- ING OR EXITING THE TFR MUST REMAIN IN TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNIC- ATIONS WITH ATC. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATING WITHIN THE TFR AND END PART 1 OF 2
