CAE Signs Agreement With Hawker Pacific For Maintenance Training

Five-Year Deal Will Service Clients In SE Asia

Aero-News learned this week CAE has signed a five-year agreement with Hawker Pacific to provide maintenance training for the company and its clients within the Southeast Asia region.

Hawker Pacific Asia operates a growing network of operations from its main headquarters in Sydney, Australia. The company operates in five locations around Australia, and also has operations in New Zealand, the Middle East and Asia.

"CAE is making every effort to support training needs in Southeast Asia for all business aviation aircraft," said Jeff Roberts, CAE’s Group President, Innovation and Civil Training & Services. "This contract underscores the value and strategic importance of CAE’s global training footprint."

Under the agreement, CAE will provide technical training primarily to Hawker Pacific maintenance technicians. Training began in Hawker Pacific’s facility in Singapore in August, and is expected to be offered at other CAE locations in Asia this fall.

CAE provides simulation and modelling technologies and integrated training solutions for the civil aviation industry and defense forces around the globe.
