JetSupport Opens Remote Station At Lelystad Airport

Runway There Recently Extended To 8,800 Feet

JetSupport B.V. has opened a remote station at Lelystad Airport.

The hangar facility with associated workshops and lounge will support the activities of JetSupport at this regional airport. The council of state recently approved the growth of the airport, extending the runway to 8,800 by 150 feet, making it suitable for larger aircraft to operate at the regional airport. In time, Lelystad Airport will take over several commercial flights from Schiphol Airport as the increase of flights are growing nationally.

JetSupport, operating for over 15 years in the Business Jet, Turboprop and General Aviation industry, is adding this facility to better fulfill customer demand and to be locally available.

The facility was opened on April 5, 2017 and will provide parking and maintenance for Business Jet and Turboprops. The facility also provides a fully equipped customer lounge.

JetSupport will use this remote station to develop its business at Lelystad Airport and will in time decide to either build a new hangar or to expand business using existing facilities.
