NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2), TEMPORARY FLIGHT
RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN THE AREA BOUNDED BY:
265030N/0823300W OR THE LEE COUNTY /RSW/ VOR/DME 296 DEGREE RADIAL
AT 45.5 TO 265030N/0812618W OR THE LABELLE /LBV/ VORTAC 287 DEGREE
RADIAL AT 2.6 NAUTICAL MILES TO 255218N/0810308W OR THE DAUPHIN
/DHP/ VORTAC 281 DEGREE RADIAL AT 38.1 NAUTICAL MILES TO
255218N/0815200W OR THE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 198 DEGREE RADIAL AT
17.4 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET
MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR HURRICANE WILMA DISASTER
RELIEF RELATED OPERATIONS. ALL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE PROHIBITED
IN THE DESIGNATED AIRSPACE UNLESS FLIGHTS MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (A) AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE
LIFEGUARD/MEDICAL, SEARCH AND RESCUE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR OTHER
FLIGHTS IN DIRECT SUPPORT OF FEMA HURRICANE WILMA RELIEF EFFORTS;
(B) AIRCRAFT OPERATION IS CARRYING PROPERLY ACCREDITED NEWS
REPRESENTATIVES AND, PRIOR TO ENTERING DESIGNATED AIRSPACE, END

WESTERN FLORIDA COASTLINE. A FLIGHT PLAN IS FILED WITH ATC AND
FLIGHT IS CONDUCTED ABOVE THE ALTITUDE USED BY RELIEF RELATED
AIRCRAFT UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY ATC; (C) AIRCRAFT OPERATION IS FLIGHT
DIRECTLY TO OR FROM AIRPORT WITHIN THE AREA OR IS NECESSITATED BY
IMPRACTICABILITY OF VFR FLIGHT ABOVE OR AROUND THE AREA DUE TO
WEATHER OR TERRAIN AS LONG AS PRIOR COORDINATION WITH THE AFSS OR
ATC FACILITY NOTED BELOW IS EFFECTED TO RECEIVE ADVISORIES
REGARDING DISASTER RELIEF FLIGHTS IN AREA, OPERATION DOES NOT
HAMPER OR ENDAGNER RELIEF FLIGHTS, AND FLIGHT IS NOT CONDUCTED FOR
PURPOSE OF OBSERVING DISASTER AREA; (D) AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS ARE
AUTHORIZED BY ATC AND ARE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN ATC
APPROVED IFR FLIGHT PLAN. FOR FLIGHT SAFETY, ALL NON-RELIEF RELATED
AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS MUST REMAIN AT LEAST 500 FEET ABOVE OR 1500
FEET LATERALLY FROM ALL DISASTER RELIEF AIRCRAFT AND AT LEAST 500
FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL EXCEPT FOR TAKEOFF AND LANDING UNLESS
AUTHORIZED BY ATC. PRIOR TO ENTERING THE TFR AIRSPACE ALL END PART

WESTERN FLORIDA COASTLINE. CIVIL AIRCRAFT OPERATING OUTSIDE OF
CONTROLLED AIRSPACE BUT WITHIN THE TFR, MUST CONTACT AIRBORNE EARLY
WARNING (AEW) AIRCRAFT CALLSIGN OMAHA 46 FREQUENCY 133.5, WHICH IS
SUPPORTING RELIEF AIR OPERATIONS IN THE TFR AREA. AIRCRAFT WILL
REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH OMAHA 46 FOR FLIGHT ADVISORIES. THE AEW
AIRCRAFT WILL ONLY PROVIDE ADVISORY SERVICE TO FACILITATE
SITUATIONAL AWARENESS AMONG THE PARTICIPATING AIRCRAFT AND WILL NOT
PROVIDE ANY AIR TRAFFIC SERVICES. THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY IS
ATO WATCH DESK AT 202 267 3333. FAA RECOMMENDS THAT AIRCRAFT
OPERATORS CHECK NOTAMS FREQUENTLY FOR POSSIBLE CHANGES TO THIS TFR
