Source: Ray Goforth, executive director of SPEEA. SPEEA, IFPTE Local 2001, claims that that the Boeing Company’s public acknowledgement that outsourcing is causing problems with the 787 program is lip service until action is taken to correct problems created by a global network of suppliers and inexperienced workers.
