THE KODIAK LAUNCH COMPLEX RAY SHULTE 907-265-9680 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. KENAI /PAEN/ AFSS 907-283-3466/3735 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
