Vita Inclinata Opens 2nd Colorado Location

Manufacturer Expands Production Capabilities for Container Loader/Navigator

Vita Inclinata, developer and manufacturer of helicopter and crane load stabilization and precision hardware, opened its new 13,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Broomfield, Colorado.

The new manufacturing facility will house the company's primary production of the large Vita Load Navigator, a heavy-duty stabilization system for cranes that mount to spreader bars and hoist loads over 25,000 pounds.

The time for heavy life equipment could be ripe, given the current issues seen throughout the supply chain. Ports and passages formerly uneconomical could see some growth, as vital supplies find it worthwhile to go off the beaten path for lower traffic and faster service. Vita reported strong growth throughout 2021, with an "aggressive product delivery schedule" for its new and updated equipment. The Load Navigator consists of a custom load-size configuration under cranes via attachment to a spreader bar system, allowing more accurate and precise grasping on containers. The company has nearly doubled its headcount over the last year, and their new factory will see their employees swell by another 10-20 personnel. The new factory is the second fabrication facility in Broomfield, with executive offices in Washington, D.C, and the United Arab Emirates.

"The industry demand for our Vita Load Navigator is rapidly increasing and we require this new facility to accelerate its production," said Caleb Carr, Chief Executive Officer, Vita. "This new facility will be a stopgap as Vita works to source a 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in the year to come."
