Sheltair Announces New Hangar Construction Of Atlantic Jet Refinishing

Endeavor Fuels Sheltair’s Continued Evolution And Growth At Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport

Sheltair has announced another development at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport ... the new construction of Atlantic Jet Refinishing.

Atlantic Jet Refinishing offers customized exterior aircraft paint and refinishing services for all types of corporate aircrafts. The new facility, which began construction in July 2019, will feature ample space that will allow for greater service capacity and upgraded systems built to the latest standards of environmental and fire requirements.

“We’re developing a larger facility that will provide Atlantic Jet Refinishing the ability to service clients from across the world via the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport,” explains Zachary Sherman, Partner of Atlantic Jet Refinishing. “Our growth is a testament to the continued development of Sheltair and the expansive services it offers to the aviation industry.”

"This new state-of-the-art paint facility at FXE is the first product in our recent expansion efforts and will be able to accommodate even the largest general aviation aircraft. Atlantic Jet Refinishing’s new facility is expected to be open and servicing costumers by this quarter. This is one of the numerous new construction efforts by Sheltair this year – being constructed simultaneously as the recently announced 20-acre Northside Hangar Complex at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport with fixed-base operator services offered by Banyan Air Service. The $30 million-dollar complex will not only include a state-of-the-art 157,000,000 square foot hangar consisting of eight large cabin-class sized hangars and an additional 31,000 square feet of office and shop space but will also be the home of Banyan’s Northside FBO terminal, allowing them to continue to serve an expanding, exclusive clientele that insists on professionalism and privacy for their travel arrangements. Additional growth and expansion of hangar of office facilities have taken place at: Fort Lauderdale (KFLL & KFXE), Orlando (KORL), New York (KFRG & KFOK), Savannah (KSAV) and now Colorado (KBJC) locations.
