Asia Seen As Business Aviation Growth Market
The
National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) today announced that
the Association's Asian Business Aviation Conference &
Exhibition (ABACE) will be held Tuesday, January 18 and Wednesday,
January 19, 2011, at the Hong Kong Business Aviation Centre (HKBAC)
on Hong Kong International Airport.
"NBAA recognizes the importance of the Asian region to the future
of business aviation, and we will continue to work very closely
with our Exhibitors and colleagues at the Asian Business Aviation
Association (AsBAA) to promote the growth of business aviation in
that part of the world," said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen.
All elements of the ABACE Show will be located at the Hong
Business Aviation Centre with Exhibits, Education Sessions and
Registration located inside the hangars, and the Static Display of
Aircraft located on the ramp just outside the hangar.

"Having all elements of the Show in one location is cost
efficient and convenient for our Exhibitors and Attendees at
ABACE," added Bolen. "We're also very pleased to partner with AsBAA
and the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) on content
for the all-important Education Sessions dealing with issues of
concern to Asian operators and those operating in that large and
diverse part of the world. In addition, a Business Aviation Safety
Seminar (BASS) will be an integral part of the ABACE program.
Organized by IBAC, NBAA AsBAA and the Flight Safety Foundation
(FSF), the Session will feature safety specialists from around the
world."
AsBAA Chairman and JetAsia Limited CEO Chuck Woods agreed,
adding: "As with all past ABACE events, AsBAA is committed to
support NBAA for the 2011 Show. We'll work very closely with Ed and
the NBAA Staff to ensure the success of ABACE for Exhibitors and
Attendees alike."
