Gulfstream's Online Career Center Has Gotten A Facelift

Site Improvements Reflect Company's Focus On Hiring More Employees

Gulfstream recently revamped its online career center by streamlining the search and application process and adding a candidate portal where job seekers can check the status of their application.

"Our goal is to make the application process as smooth and convenient as possible," said Len Wells, director, Staffing, Gulfstream. "That's especially important as we ramp up to hire more than 1,000 people as part of the $500 million expansion we announced last year. These changes simplify and enhance the application process for candidates, so they'll be more engaged with us and their search."

Applicants can use the candidate portal to access and edit their profile, monitor their open applications, add positions and ask questions. They will also be able to pass along job openings using social-sharing links.

Additionally, Gulfstream simplified the application process by reducing the number of steps required to view jobs or submit a profile. The new website now offers an at-a-glance display of available positions that can be sorted by location or job function. A hover feature allows applicants to further refine their search by locating job functions within broader job categories.
