Nextant Unveils 400XTi

Adds Auto-Throttle For Reduced Pilot Workload And Improved Fuel Economy

Nextant Aerospace has unveiled its latest model. The Nextant 400XTi, which will continue to retail at $4.95 million, takes the company’s passion for innovation and value to new heights, setting the standard for best-in-class performance, comfort and efficiency. Building on the proven capabilities of its predecessors, the 400XTi offers near-transcontinental 2,003 nm range with a bigger, quieter cabin. In addition, new auto-throttle saves fuel and reduces pilot workload.

“Launching the 400XTi is a proud moment for us and we’re very excited by the huge improvements it offers our customers,” says Sean McGeough, President of Nextant Aerospace. “Everything about this new airplane reflects our determination to give the best ever flying experience to owners, pilots and passengers. And at half the price of comparable products with low running costs to match, it’s going to make CFOs happy too.”

Kenneth C. Ricci, Principal of Directional Aviation Capital and CEO of Nextant, is equally enthusiastic. “The 400XTi changes everything in the light jet market. Just look at the figures. Its combination of performance and economy would make it a strong choice in any evaluation. Add a purchase price that’s about 50% less than the competition and the verdict is clear: the 400XTi is the hands-down winner.”

With distinctive LED lights, new raked winglets might look like a style statement but in fact they contribute to improved performance by reducing drag. Lower fuel costs and more precise engine management are achieved by the use of auto-throttle which also improves efficiency and reduces workload in the cockpit.
