ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MILITARY MAJOR WOLFORD TELEPHONE 9190722-2638 ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 6000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 370041N/0800231W AND THE ROANOKE /ROA/ VORTAC 180 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20 NAUTICAL MILES. WASHINGTON /ZDC/ ARTCC 703-771-3470 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
