Qref Releases Checklists For Garmin 696/695

Available In Single-Page Card Or Tabbed Multi-Page Book Format

Qref announces the introduction of the first and only checklist available for the new Garmin 696/695 Portable GPS. Written by Qref’s in-house staff of GPS experts, including a Master CFI, these checklists come in two varieties.

The multi-page book offers complete, full-color procedures for all features, tabbed into logical sections, as well as a thorough unit overview and Qref’s exclusive “You Are Here” graphical menu reference.

For those familiar with the unit, Qref’s single-page card contains abbreviated information to guide you in the most used features. The checklists are professionally printed in full color and virtually indestructible, thanks to a hard matte laminate process.

Multi-page checklists measure 4.25" x 8" with indestructible spiral binding, and the single-page Card checklists measure 5" x 5", the perfect sizes to fit in your hand or your kneeboard. Prices range from $14.95 to $29.95.

"Now pilots can unlock the power in their GPS by using it to its fullest potential," explains Qref President Jason Clemens.

Rod Machado, Master CFI and aviation lecturer, proclaims, "These are the most thorough training reference out there."

Qref checklists are written by Bridgette Doremire, a NAFI Master CFI and navigation systems specialist, and designed by Jason Clemens, a safety publications veteran in the aviation industry. In addition to the 696, checklists are available for over 50 systems, which includes the GPSMAP-series 96, 196, 296, 396, 496.

Titles are available for these and many other aviation, marine and personal systems, including Garmin, Lowrance, Bendix/King, Honeywell, L3, Magellan, Avidyne, Eagle, Hummingbird, Cirrus, and Diamond Aircraft. New releases are added regularly. Available directly from Qref or through the Qref network of authorized dealers.
