Today, ANN's Paul Plack talks with Robert Poole, Director of Transportation Studies for The Reason Foundation. Poole was surprised, and encouraged, to see the US Department of Transportation propose congestion pricing as a measure to solve New York airport delays -- over vocal opposition from commercial airlines and general aviation adovcacy groups alike. He tells us why.
