Up To $27,500 Available For Military Rotor Transition Pilots And $17,500 For Student Pilots

Milton, FL-based part 141 flight school AMS Flight School has partnered with SkyWest Airlines to provide top tier tuition reimbursement programs through SkyWest’s Pilot Pathway Program. Up to $27,500 from SkyWest Airlines is available to aspiring commercial pilots through this exciting new partnership. Students can apply now on the AMS Flight School website.

“There’s never been a better time to become a commercial airline pilot. The demand for pilots is strong and our Rotor Transition Program with SkyWest offers helicopter pilots a tremendous opportunity to cover their transition training from rotor to fixed wing aircraft,” said Christopher Schultz, Chief Flight Instructor at AMS Flight School. “We are extremely pleased to be selected as a Preferred Partner School by SkyWest Airlines. This validates the exceptional track record of AMS Flight School and the superior flight instruction we provide to our career minded students,” Schultz added.

Military Rotor pilots who choose to complete their fixed wing training at AMS can enjoy up to $27,500 in tuition reimbursement and bonuses from SkyWest. The Rotor Transition Program is designed to provide a clear pathway for military helicopter pilots to launch their career as an airline pilot with SkyWest. Through this partnership, the airline is offering AMS students $20,000 in tuition reimbursement and a $7,500 bonus for military pilots.

For those who are not transitioning through the Rotor program, AMS also offers top-tier Tuition Reimbursement through SkyWest’s Pilot Pathway Program, with up to $17,500 tuition reimbursement. Joining the SkyWest Pilot Pathway provides AMS student pilots with SkyWest pilot mentors, enhanced company seniority, benefits, a guaranteed final interview and more.
