Skydiving Museum HOF Ceremony Still On As Planned

Event Will Take Place In October In DeLand, FL

The International Skydiving Museum and Hall of Fame hopes that it will still be able to hold its induction ceremony in October.

Museum president and CEO James F. (Curt) Curtis III released a statement to the media indicating that they are moving forward with plans for the 2020 International Skydiving Museum Hall of Fame Celebration scheduled for October 8 – 10 at Skydive DeLand, Florida.

"We are extremely hopeful we will all be back to some sense of normalcy by then and able to gather to not only celebrate this year’s Hall of Fame Inductees but to, once again, be with the special friends this sport has brought to each of us," Curtis said in the statement.

"We will continue to provide you information about the event while being mindful of all that is taking place around us. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or our museum administrator, Nancy (Kemble) Wilhelm."
