PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 474558N/1180349W OR THE SPOKANE /GEG/ VORTAC 283 DEGREE RADIAL AT 21.4 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 6500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. NE WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TELEPHONE 509-684-7474 OR FREQ 125.450/HARKER CANYON FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SEATTLE /SEA/ AFSS TELEPHONE 206-658-6608 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
