Final Agenda Announced For NTSB Flight Data And Locator Technology Forum

Meeting To Be Held October 7 In Washington, D.C.

The NTSB has released the final agenda including the participants' names, affiliations, and biographies for the forum, "Emerging Flight Data & Locator Technology."

The one-day event will be held October 7, 2014, in the NTSB Board Room and Conference Center in Washington.

Representatives from government, industry and international organizations with expertise in the development, implementation, and deployment of innovative flight data and locator technologies will serve as panelists and will address issues related to these areas.

The forum will open with a statement from Acting Chairman Christopher Hart and remarks from Dr. Joseph Kolly. Four panel discussions are planned throughout the day.

Closing remarks will be offered by Acting Chair Hart.

The forum will also streamed live via webcast. Webcasts are archived for a period of three months from the time of the meeting.
