Global Aviation has expanded its offerings to include Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) services at Hillsboro airport (HIO). With its regional FBO capabilities, Global Aviation now offers the concierge and maintenance services desired by corporate executives and private aircraft operators around the world.

Global Aviation's FBO services include aircraft maintenance and refueling, 24-hour call-out service, a crew lounge, rental-car service, courtesy cars, hotel reservations and gourmet catering. For traveling executives, the new FBO offerings also include a conference room facilities, 12,000 square-feet of office facilities, charter dispatch, limousine service and 48,000 square-feet of hangar space. With such services now in place at Hillsboro Airport, Global Aviation sees HIO as a new West Coast travel hub with the potential to boost business activity throughout the Portland metropolitan area.

"We have an international reputation for our attention to detail, and expanding that model to an FBO setting is a natural way for us to continue meeting the needs of our corporate, private and en-route clients," said Flo Newton, president of Global Aviation. "Executives and private pilots realize time is money, and we're proud to now offer to them complete FBO services in a new West Coast location."

In addition to its FBO offerings, Global Aviation provides charter services, aircraft management, on-site maintenance and hangar rentals. Global Aviation's hangars accommodate private craft of nearly any size, from a Lear 35 to a Global Express.
