PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 3 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 450200N/1092500W THE BILLINGS /BIL/ VORTAC 198 DEGREE RADIAL AT 58 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 13500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR AERIAL DISASTER RELIEF. MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION 406-444-0766 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. GREAT FALLS /GTF/ AFSS 406-268-2100 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
