Pilot Caught On Video Trying To Get Through Cockpit Window

Reason For Action Is Unclear

A video is making the rounds on social media of a pilot trying to squeeze into a cockpit window of an airplane at Heathrow Airport, leading some to joke that he had forgotten his keys.

The 16-second video was posted on Facebook by user "Jonny the Pilot" ... who flies for British Airways ... with the caption "when you're running late for work and forget your keys." The video has received more than 20,000 view since being posted Sunday. The unidentified pilot can be seen with one leg inside the cockpit window. He tries to pull himself through, but the platform on which he was standing moved, causing him to start over.

A few moments later, another person who appears to also be a member of the flight crew comes up to help, and the video ends.

Of course, the incident has caused all kinds of speculation on social media about why the pilot might have been trying to get into the cockpit through the window. But apparently only the pilot knows for sure, (and maybe one or two others), and they are playing their cards close to the vest.
