New Members On Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council

Assists With Content, Curriculum, Promotion, Awards

As the name suggests, the Bombardier Safety Standdown Advisory Council provides suggestions, advice, and recommendations for the content and direction of the Safety Standdown programs.

The makeup of the Advisory Council evolves annually as some members complete their terms and new members are brought on board to help shape the Safety Standdown every year.

The organization welcomes the four new members of the Advisory Council:

Michael Cataldo is the Sr. Manager of Aircraft Maintenance at Cox Enterprises, Inc., Flight Operations based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is Chair of the Regulatory and Operational Compliance Subcommittee for the NBAA Maintenance Committee.. He has 25 years of experience in business aviation, starting as an Aircraft Technician in 2002 at a Part 145 Repair Station. He has won eight Master Technician awards from Flight Safety International and earned his CAM certification from NBAA.

Robert Patton founded Highbrow Safety Werks in Charlotte, North Carolina to merge his aviation expertise with his stand-up comedy background to increase safety awareness and buy-in. He has been in various roles in Part 91, 121, and 125 operations as safety officer and check airman. He has been a representative of the FAAST team and Southeastern Safety Roundtable where he contributed to safety literature and held presentations focused on culture and safety buy-in.

Noah Yarborough is the Regional Vice President of North America for Signum Aviation International Trip Support in Denver, Colorado, where he recently became a board member of the Colorado Aviation Business Association. He began in operations at Centennial Airport (KAPA), worked at Jeppeson specializing in RNAV Approaches, and served as the Flight Operations Manager on the regulatory and operations team at NBAA. He also is an active member of the NBAA YoPro Council and is passionate about mentoring aviation students to help them achieve their full career potential.

Timothy Wade has worked in many areas of aviation and safety for 18 years. He worked on Apache helicopters in the U.S. Army in South Korea and on deployment to Kandahar, Afghanistan. He was the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager for Constant Aviation and Nextant Aerospace, and currently serves as Director of EHS for Flaxjet overseeing the safety program for all ground and maintenance operations. He was also on the NBAA YoPro Council and the Safety Committee as its Promotions Team Lead. He was also selected to the NBAA Top 40 Under 40.
