ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 384750N/0903915W OR THE CARDINAL /CSX/ VOR/DME 281.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 14.0 NAUTICAL MILES OFALLON FIRE AND AMBULANCE DEPT. TELEPHONE 636-332-8744 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ZKC IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
