OLATHE POLICE DEPT, 913-208-4652, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. KANSAS CITY ARTCC, 913-244-8504, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
