PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 261540N/0812500W OR THE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 75 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO261540N/0805230W OR THE PAHOKEE /PHK/ VORTAC 198 DEGREE RADIAL AT 32.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO255330N/0805230W OR THE DOLPHIN /DHP/ VORTAC 285 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.9 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO254930N/0811000W OR THE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 124 DEGREE RADIAL AT 38.4 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO260100N/0811600W OR THE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 109 DEGREE RADIAL AT 28.8 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO260100N/0812500W OR THE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 116 DEGREE RADIAL AT 21.1 NAUTICAL MILES BACK ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TOPROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
