Dassault Highlights Key Aircraft Ahead of NBAA

Announces Displays of Falcon 10X, 6X, and 8X at Convention

Dassault Aviation is announcing the presence of three key aircraft during the upcoming NBAA-BACE convention beginning in October 12th, in Las Vegas.

For the first time, they’ll show off a full-scale cabin mockup of the recently announced 7,500 NM Falcon 10X, the largest and “most advanced business jet on the market.”

The 10X sports wider, taller interior dimensions for a comfy-cozy environment “more characteristic of a posh penthouse apartment than a leading high-end business aircraft.” Customers accustomed to hunching over inside bizjet cabins will enjoy the new 6-foot, 8-inch headroom and spacious 9-foot 1-inch cabin width. Dassault’s interior design teams are proud of their engineering sleight of hand and are sure customers will find it a strong contender for their next purchase. Pilots will enjoy the new neXus flight deck and Falcon Smart Throttle. Extensive advances in digital flight control systems increase safety, while simple power management and intuitive touch screen displays decrease pilot fatigue.

Dassault will also display a full-scale mockup of the upcoming Falcon 6X, set for certification in 2022. Similar to its elder sibling, the interior will maximize space and passenger comfort, with an impressive range of 5,500 NM. Including similar systems and accoutrements as the 10X, the 6X will soon embark on a global tour to test cabin systems for maturity prior to market entry.

Finally, the Falcon 8X, described as “ultra-long-range” will arrive in Vegas with a similarly restyled cabin. Improvements abound after it’s latest update, improving comfort, connectivity, and productivity. Interior design is specifically designed with a flowing, soothing atmosphere, mood lighting adjustable for sunrise and sunset functions to mitigate passenger jet lag. Dassault will allow Attendees to try out the 8X’s new Cabin System, which combines cabin and entertainment management functions for passenger ease.
