Source: From a collection letter received by ANN staffer Paul Plack, sent by Bowen & Associates in Lewisville, TX in reference to an unpaid fuel bill at a Florida airport. Just one problem -- Paul doesn't own the Piper referenced to in the letter, but rather a Sport Copter Vortex; one that's still under construction in his garage. Paul attributes the confusion to an incorrectly-recorded N-number.
