MR. KERLIN, 817-446-4486/817-588-5894, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. FT WORTH /FTW/ AFSS, 817-625-1004, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
