ASE's Electric Control Loading System Earns FAA Qualification

Used On SimCom's Beechjet 400A Sim

Odessa, FL-based ASE, Inc. told ANN this week the company recently earned FAA qualification for its Electric Digital Control Loading (EDCL) System, during FAA Level C qualification of SimCom International's BeechJet 400A simulator.

ASE offers two EDCL systems designed for integration into FTDs and Full Flight Simulators (FFS). The FTDLoad system has previously qualified to FAA Level 6 on multiple training devices.

Though previously installed on many military and non-regulatory qualified simulators, this is the first SIMLoad system FAA qualified for FFS. The SIMLoad EDCL is designed to meet the requirements for FAA Level D, JAR Std 1A, and other regulatory agencies.

ASE's says its FTDLoad and SIMLoad are reliable, safe and easily integrated into new-build training devices or for legacy system upgrades.

"ASE provides training and engineering support every step of the way, and is proud of our customer partnership attitude," said Al Acord, ASE Business Development. "We collaborate directly with our customers to meet their requirements, schedules, and budgets. This is a key marketing differentiator for ASE."

ASE is a simulator design and engineering technology company, that manufactures full flight simulators, FTDs, electric control loading systems, electric motion systems, and other simulation engineering products.
