Braunfels FBO Joins AvFuel Network

Texas’ New Braunfels Nat’l Apt. to Offer AvFuel

New Braunfels National Airport’s FBO is the newest addition to the AvFuel network, as City Terminal Flight Services joins the fold.

The change comes at a good time, after the airport received a reclassification to a national operation, and the FBO’s corresponding rebranding will occur over the coming years. As part of the AvFuel network, customers can now earn AvTrip rewards and buy fuel at AvFuel contract prices.

As a full-service FBO, City Terminal Flight Services offers ground handling services in between San Antonio and Austin, Texas. Offering self and fuel-serve avgas and jet fuel, as well as GPU, lavatory service, cargo operations, quick turns, tie-downs, courtesy cars, and rental support.

The facility offers the requisite FBO infrastructure, holding space for catering and a kitchenette, a terminal conference room that can seat 40, a VIP crew suite, and hangar space.

“We welcome City Terminal Flight Services to the Avfuel Network and are pleased to connect our flight department customers with an efficient gateway to one of the country’s fastest growing regions,” said Mark Haynes, Avfuel’s vice president of sales.

“We look forward to collaborating with our new partners to build on a foundation of service with streamlined solutions and reliable fuel supply.”

Dr. Robert Lee, New Braunfels’ airport director, said: “New Braunfels National Airport and City Terminal Flight Services are excited to partner with Avfuel. With the city’s growing population driving increased demand at the airport, we look forward to partnering with Avfuel to not only increase our business, but also facilitate some upcoming changes to the face of the airport and FBO.”
