Aero-News Quote of the Day

"We are delighted the Defense Acquisition Board found the technical progress of the V-22 sufficient to consider increasing production past the minimum sustaining rate. This indicates, we believe, renewed confidence in the V-22 as demonstrated by the success of the aircraft during its return to flight program."

Source: Bell Boeing, responding to a decision made by the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics that allowed for an increase in the production rate of the V-22 Osprey.
