Elliott Grows Starlink Installations With Citation XLS+

First On Type At Moline, IL, Facility To Expand Connectivity Offerings

Elliott Aviation, an aviation solutions provider, announced it has successfully completed its latest Starlink installation, this time on a Citation XLS+ at its Moline, Illinois, facility. This is the first Starlink integration on a Citation XLS+ for Elliott, and it expands the company’s in-flight connectivity offerings across its network.

Elliott Aviation continues to expand its capabilities, ensuring seamless high-speed internet access for business and leisure travelers. The high-bandwidth, low-latency Starlink service provides download speeds of 40-220 Mbps and upload speeds between 8-25 Mbps. Latency is as low as 20-60 milliseconds, good for video calls, streaming, and mission critical business applications such as video conferencing and data transfer.

Bill Forbes, Senior Vice President of Avionics at Elliott Aviation said, “Our team is always looking for ways to enhance the flying experience, and this installation is a prime example of that commitment. With Starlink, operators and passengers alike benefit from a fast, reliable internet connection wherever they fly.”

He added, “With a highly trained team skilled in the latest avionics technology, this milestone paves the way for more Starlink installations across a wider range of aircraft. As connectivity expectations continue to rise, we’re committed to providing solutions that keep operators and passengers seamlessly connected.”

With this completion, Elliott now can offer Starlink installations at multiple locations including Moline, Des Moines, Iowa, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Atlanta, Georgia. The company supports a variety of aircraft types including the King Air 350, Citation Excel, XLS, XLS+, and Challenger 300, 350, and 604.
