Flying Colours Wins Bombardier Service Award

Presented With An Award For Excellent Service For The Second Year In A Row

Bombardier has presented Flying Colours Corp. of St. Louis MO with its Business Aircraft’s Authorized Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Award in the North America category for the second year in a row.

The award recognizes the facility’s commitment to serving Bombardier Business Aircraft customers with superior quality and performance, supporting Bombardier’s strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Kevin Kliethermes director of sales, and Sean Gillespie, executive VP, Flying Colours Corp., accepted the award on behalf of the company at the 6th Annual Bombardier ASF Excellence Awards ceremony on November 2, 2016, at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention and Exhibition in Orlando, USA.

“A back-to-back win like this is extremely important to us and reflects the dedication, commitment and passion, as well as genuine hard work, the team puts in to make sure that the customer experience is the best it can be. We are thrilled. The win last year was a huge honour but we’ve not let it go to our heads, and have continued to improve and develop our customer services and facility. This makes it all worth it,” said Troy Funk, Vice President Technical Services, Flying Colours Corp. KSUS.

The ASF agreement currently covers authorized warranty work on Bombardier Learjet 40, Learjet 40 XR, Learjet 45, Learjet 45 XR, Learjet 70, Learjet 75, Challenger 300, Challenger 350, Challenger 605, Challenger 650 and Challenger 850 business jets. Bombardier Business Aircraft originally named Flying Colours Corp. as an ASF in October 2012.
