Hawker Beechcraft Appoints London-Based Parts Distributor

Adds To Planemaker's RAPID Parts Network

Hawker Beechcraft recently appointed London-based Allaero Ltd. as an authorized parts distributor for Rapid Aircraft Parts Inventory and Distribution (RAPID), HBC’s factory-direct source for aircraft parts.

The planemaker cited significant growth in HBC’s European fleet, and an increasing demand for HBC products worldwide, as reasons to appoint Allaero to distribute parts for the Hawker 125-series aircraft and Hawker 400XP aircraft.

Allaero Ltd. was formed in 1988 and has a newly built 10,500-square-foot facility with more than 5,000 in-stock line items. Their close proximity to the London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports combined with 24-hour, year-round support will allow spare parts to be distributed more efficiently across Europe.

"Continuing to develop key partnerships around the globe is an essential element of our strategy to provide superior parts support to all of our customers, no matter where they are located in the world," said Christi Tannahill, vice president of RAPID. "Appointing Allaero as our authorized distributor for Europe is just one more way we are able to provide our customers with the right parts as quickly as possible."

RAPID’s main warehouses are located in Dallas, TX and Liege, Belgium. Allaero joins Aviation Solutions Canada as an authorized distributor for Hawker Beechcraft spare parts.

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation has a global network of over 100 factory-owned and authorized service centers.
