Diamond Offers Special Tax Consulting Services To Maximize Bonus Depreciation

Diamond Aircraft and Advocate Consulting have teamed up to guide customers through the Bonus Depreciation maze. The Bonus Depreciation Placed in Service Requirement has been extended to December 31st, 2005 (from December 31, 2004).  This provides another chance for those who thought they had missed a great opportunity.  However; not much time remains. A binding non transferrable contract needs to exist by December 31, 2004 for owners to benefit from a 2005 tax deduction of up to 76% on a fully equipped DA40 Diamond Star with Garmin G1000 glass cockpit.

To help potential purchasers make informed decisions, Diamond and Advocate Consulting are offering a special Bonus Depreciation service including:

  • Free initial consultation
  • Priority Service
  • Diamond Aircraft knowledgeable tax consulting experts
  • $1000 discount off Advocate's 3 year tax consulting program

Diamond Aircraft notes that the DA40-180 is "particularly well suited to leaseback businesses. Its unmatched safety record equals low insurance rates. Its blend of performance, easy handling, modern design and utility make it a popular rental aircraft, which equals high utilization."
