Mandy J. Morrison Named Constant Aviation Director Service & Support

Principal Job Is To Ensure Consistency In Customer Service

Constant Aviation, LLC, a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility said Monday that Mandy Morrison was named the Director of Service & Support at their Cleveland Hopkins International airport headquarters. Mandy’s main responsibility will be ensuring consistency with our customers experience inside our facility by leading our customer support managers as well as overseeing maintenance planning, material services, technical support and sales support.

“Providing world-class customer service and exceeding our customers’ expectations on every visit has been a priority of the organization since the company was started. With the growth Constant Aviation has experienced in the last four years it is important to us to not lose sight of what is important – the customer experience. We are excited to have Mandy as a part of our organization. Her proven history of putting the customer first and making the necessary decisions that will foster long term relationships with them will be a key asset to our team,” said Stephen Maiden, President of Constant Aviation.

Mandy joins the organization most recently from L.J. Aviation where she held numerous positions ending as their Director of Maintenance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, an A&P certificate as well as her IA.

“From an internal standpoint, Mandy will bring a sense of cohesiveness that is necessary to take our organization to the next level,” continued Maiden.
