The KC-46 Pegasus development program completed its first flight of the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development aircraft number 1. This aircraft is a provisioned 767-2C freighter and it’s the critical building block for the KC-46 missionized aerial refueler. Winning the 2014 EAA Grand Prize Sweepstake was sweet, but actually accepting the prize put the icing on the cake.
